Dubai Towers – Doha (Dubai), is a cutting edge supertall skyscraper with a roof height of 400 metres (Spire height - 437 metres) to be constructed in Doha, Qatar. Dubai Towers has been said to bring architecture to a new phase, establishing innovative definitions in structural excellence. Dubai Towers is the next thing in architecture form, after Foster’s iconic Swiss Re tower in central London.

'Dubai Towers - Doha' is considered to be the tallest tower of Qatar with the astonishingly bold height of 437 meters. The estimated cost of Dubai Towers - Doha reaches 2.3 billion Qatari Riyal (US$620 million). It is located in the West Bay district of Doha, next to the Doha Corniche.

This exceptionally innovative 84-storey multi-use tower is being developed by Sama Dubai, officially known as Dubai International Properties, the international real estate investment and development arm of Dubai Holding. The project has been contracted to a joint venture between Al-Habtoor and Al Jaber, with Robert Matthew, Johnson Marshall (RMJM) as architects and engineering consultants.
Under the plans, when completed in 2010, the mixed use tower will consists of a 7,000 m² retail area, 13 floors comprising a 225-room five-star hotel, 29 floors of office space and 31 floors containing 226 luxury apartments and three super luxury penthouses.

The four towers, ranging from 54 to 97 floors, come together to form a choreographed sculpture, representing the movement of candlelight.

Launched under the Dubai Towers brand name of Sama Dubai, the iconic formation will reflect a choreographed notion of form and function to represent the movement of candlelight.

This architectural candlelight looks so bold, dramatic and totally different. The towers twist, in a wavy movement, tapering off as they get to the top of their points. All at the same time. This mesmerizing twisting is hardly visible, it is ever so delicate. If Swiss Re merely suggested the twisting, Dubai Towers does it for real.

One can only imagine the effect of its charismatic power upon the viewer. It is for the first time in architecture history when manly constructed structure of this scale depicts object of nature with such similarity and geniality.

Dubai Towers design has been conducted by an aesthetic sophistication to serve as a symbol of United Arab Emirates’ prosperous future, driving this region forward.
